Welcome to my blog

Nice that you are here! If you have landed on my blog, then you can be sure that it has a specific re

ason. You may not be aware of the why, but you do not have to. Everything has its time! Topics that are going to await you here will range from neurology and psychology to spirituality and quantum physics, awareness work, holistic medicine, vegan nutrition and animal welfare to literature and language as well as the area of social work and my critical voice on this. This blog should become a colorful treasure chest that you can always fall back on. I enjoy acquiring knowledge and passing it on. Sharing is caring! So I want to share as much as possible with you. Below each blog article you have the opportunity to interact and leave a comment. A blog lives from its community. Every member counts. This blog is meant to be a place of healing, growing and sharing. I would like to share and develop my own experiences with you. I want you to have a safe space here that welcomes you anytime, no matter where you are in the world. I therefore consciously decided to create this blog in English so that everyone has the opportunity to read and understand the texts and contribute to it. In addition to my passion for writing, I would also like to actively get in touch with you and will therefore also be offering coaching sessions soon. My work as a counselor has given me a lot of experience, so that I would like to accompany you on your personal journey of self-development. In the upcoming weeks I will continue to expand my blog and address various topics. My first article will be a bit critical, you may find it accusatory, at least I find it accusatory. But this is also a part of me that is allowed to be there and has the need to express itself to move. I feel like waking up from a long torpor, and not just by creating this blog, but by my perspective on things. Flexibility both physically, emotionally and mentally is what keeps us alive. Just think about breathing, it is flexible. Therefore rest assured - not every blog article will have this harsh character. But if I want to present a realistic picture of myself, I also want to stick to the truth and reflect authenticity. Far too often we lose ourselves behind masks because we think we have to meet expectations that others have of us or that have burned deep into our subconscious. And when I tell you that you don't have to be any of those expectations, how does that make you feel? Is there a spark of freedom coming up inside of you? Inside myself more and more - I feel like I am getting closer and closer to my true self. Cheers to your bright future :-)
